After purchasing a $100 raffle ticket for some ten years, Mary Angela Zerhusen of Millerville, MD, finally won in 2009. Her name was drawn by Maryland State Delegate Jim Mathias (right in photo) and Past President Jeff Thaler at the Temple's booth during Ocean City's Springfest.
Zerhusen - who purchased her ticket online, won a $12,000 cash prize. The annual raffle supports temple expenses and outreach efforts.
