After purchasing a $100 raffle ticket for some ten years, Mary Angela Zerhusen of Millerville, MD, finally won. Her name was drawn by Maryland State Delegate Jim Mathias (right) and Past President Jeff Thaler at the Temple?s booth during Ocean City?s Springfest last month. Raffle overseers George Rosenstock and Bob Lula report that the some 319 tickets were issued and they took in a total of $24,000. Since the drawing was for half that total, Zerhusen?who purchased her ticket online? won a $12,000 cash prize. The annual raffle supports the Temple?s building fund.
